  Can't reach anyone on the phone but the person who transfers you to wait on hold. Can't even reach anyone to talk about your payment info. wait times 2-hours or more. I was on hold from 9:30am to 11:230am and I still was not able to talk to no anyone. Very poor customer service.

  File All Your Complaints to the Department of Insurance!!!!!!!! Don't let them get away with this!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! They are forcing me to pay premiums but they are not allowing me to use my insurance!!!! This is crazy! I have paid them on time every time! When I updated my banking information they did not do it properly so they took my account negative! I called and sat on hold for hours to have a lady apologize to me and "process" my payment... Well she didn't do her job either b/c it was never processed. I went to the Dr and the insurance company refused to let me use it... I paid out of pocket $273 then 2 weeks later I was to return to the Dr I called golden rule they still never processed my payment promising it would go through by the next day.... Well it didn't and I wasn't able to be seen by my Dr. unless I wanted to pay another $273 plus my premium!! I called golden rule and asked "WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY YOUR PREMIUMS WHEN I DONT GET THE SERVICE?" There response is simply we will reimburse you... Are you kidding me!!!! So I have to pay for coverage but have to be private pay to??? SCAM
